We are a completely independent third party property manager. We do not own or develop any real estate and thus are able to offer our clients a conflict free property management service.

The Realspace management team consists of two equal partners. Each partner brings decades of experience and expertise specific to their background, and the partners consult on every major decision. Our internal communication strategy is in place to ensure our clients’ satisfaction with every property, every project, every single time.
As Chief Financial Officer of Realspace, Steve Balazic oversees the accounting department and all financial reporting aspects. Steve is responsible for providing detailed, punctual and accurate financial reports for all properties. He has worked as a C.A. in the real estate industry since 1987.
With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto (1983), Steve became a Chartered Accountant in 1985. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. where he was appointed as manager in 1987, managing a wide range of clients, including those involved in real estate development and income properties. Steve joined Inducon Development Corporation in 1987 where he was responsible for the Accounting Department. In 1992 Steve became a founding partner of Realspace.
Chris Holder was born in Toronto and he completed his education at Wilfrid Laurier University where he received an Honors Bachelors of Arts degree, specializing in Geography and Spatial Planning. Chris also obtained his RPA and FMA designation through BOMA Canada. In 2015, he received his Real Estate License and is a registered sales representative.
Chris started his career with Realspace in 2008 and has been involved in every aspect in property management. In January of 2015, through his hard work and dedication Chris became an equity partner in Realspace.
